川流不息的不只是代表河流，也是这里的人流。如果毫無節制地人口生產，而沒有好好去管理或教導：如河流沒有好好被疏道，當有一天泛濫時，河流會返撲人類。過去10幾年地球人口增加10億，突破70億大關，大家要面對的資源短缺問題亦都越來越嚴­峻，專家甚至認為現時世界人口過剩已經超出地球的負荷。Ever-flowing. This describes not just the river, but also the human traffic. Without proper management and control, there will be population explosion.  Likewise, with proper management of river, it will cause flooding and this will have adverse effect on mankind. Within last 10 plus years, the world population has increased by 1billion to 7 billion now. As the result, the world resources are fast depleting.  In fact, the experts have indicated the current world population is way more than what the Earth can cope.
